Just over an hour drive from the nearest ski resort. Note that there is no back yard to this house. There is another home attached to the back of this one, but you likely won't even notice this. There are also train tracks behind the house (set below grade). This is for light rail trains and the occasional freight train. There are no whistle crossings closeby, but you could notice a low rumble in the house when the freight trains are passing. I've never had a complaint about this, but it is worth noting. This home has everything you need for a fabulous Colorado getaway! The entire house will be yours for the length of your stay You will be able to self check in upon arrival. Littleton is a fantastic small city, ranked in the top 5 small cities in America for the last 2 years (according to wallethub). You will be just a 10-15 minute walk to downtown Littleton with all of the quaint shops, restaurants and pubs it has to offer. See the welcome book in the house for specific recommendations. The house is located less than a mile away from the Downtown Littleton light rail stop. From here you can easily get to downtown Denver and any sporting events, concert venues, etc that Denver has to offer. Please treat my home as if it were your home.
