We love our split-level home layout with the dining & living rooms on upper levels for the best ocean views over the dunes. The space - Sleeps 7 (This includes infants & children per strict HOA rules) - 3 king suite bedrooms, each with an attached bathroom (3 bdrms/3 baths) SLEEPING OPTIONS: 1) Oceanfront king suite with sweeping views of ocean and dunes, attached bathroom (walk-in double shower, double vanity, private toilet room), large desk & and sliding glass doors open to the oceanfront deck, and private hot tub. Note! The bathroom is located down 5 steps. 2) Courtyard king suite with attached bathroom (shower over tub), large sliding glass doors open onto the private garden courtyard. (Same level as entry) 3) Second-floor king suite with vaulted ceilings and attached bathroom, peekaboo ocean, field, and mountain views. (Same level as the living room). 4) Bonus open loft area over the living room with a twin daybed that converts to a king bed. KITCHEN/DINING: Fully equipped kitchen – opens to the dining room with oceanfront views and balcony! - Refrigerator, 4-burner electric stovetop, single electric wall oven, dishwasher, microwave, workstation sink, filtered drinking water, garbage disposal, wine fridge & quartz countertops. -Coffee station: Starter coffee provided, 14-cup drip coffee maker, Keurig, French press & grinder. - Basic spices, condiments, oils (no guarantees, but we use this kitchen too and don't want to be schlepping our mustard, salt/pepper with us each visit!) - Dining table seats up to 8 LIVING ROOM: Features huge west-facing windows with dramatic views of the Pacific Ocean. Large sectional couch, spacious oceanfront window-seat perfect for napping & whale-watching, fireplace, 50" TV, DVD player (DVDs provided), AppleTV, CD player / Bluetooth speaker / AM/FM radio, and numerous games, puzzles, and family activities. A digital TV antenna provides several basic channels. NO CABLE TV! HDMI cables provided for streaming (our solution to watching major sporting events if the game isn't available via antenna.) LOFT: Separate space above the living room accessible by spiral stairs. WASHER/DRYER: High Efficiency PRIVATE HOT TUB: - Private oceanfront 4-person hot tub. (Note this is more of a soaking tub - jets do not have much power.) Spa is serviced every Monday & Thursday. Spa can be accessed from the dining room balcony stairs, or the oceanfront bedroom. PRIVATE OUTDOOR SPACE: - Large fenced courtyard sheltered from the wind with a large teak dining set, covered gas BBQ area, and games to keep your whole family entertained! Ping pong tabletop and Pop-A-Shot basketball outdoor arcade game. - Oceanfront balcony seating located off the dining room (perfect for sunset cocktails) - Oceanfront lower deck off master bedroom with hot tub COMMUNITY AMENITIES: Recreation center located 1/4th mile walk from house: - 8-person hot tub (open year-round) - Swimming pool (open April – October) - 2 tennis courts - Basketball court - Pickleball court (equipment in unit) - Bocce ball court (equipment in unit) - Volleyball court - Shuffleboard (equipment in unit) ACCESSIBILITY: - Not wheelchair accessible. - There are multiple short flights of stairs throughout the house. All stairs have handrails, but please be aware if booking for small children or anyone with mobility challenges.
