Kingswear Park has been sympathetically converted from a 19th Century Country House and Stables set in the Devon Countryside to provide eleven apartments, which together with an indoor pool complex completes the resort. The resort is set high on the hill at Kingswear providing stunning views of the Dart estuary, Dartmouth and up the river towards Totnes. This apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable stay, including linen and towels, a travel cot is available however please bring your own bedding for this. The kitchen comes complete with oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and a good range of utensils and cleaning products. Whilst staying at Kingswear Park, you have access to the pool building, including indoor pool (with resistance jet), sauna, spa, small gym as well as the other onsite activities. Be sure to explore the 5 acres of grounds as there are some truly special views to be appreciated.
