From the living area, a generous deck extends outdoors in every direction, offering a variety of spaces to enjoy the setting, whether you are seeking sunshine, stars, or shelter. The space The fully equipped kitchen delivers every modern convenience, including a beverage fridge & coffee machine, and is enhanced by a bifold window that opens to an outdoor bar counter and BBQ area, creating a welcoming, social space that makes entertaining easy and inclusive. A bright and peaceful haven, the master bedroom enjoys views down the lake, and a sliding door that opens directly onto the deck. The sunny, north-facing queen room provides easy access to outdoor living, while the bunkroom – featuring two sets of king bunks and a TV – is ideal for children or extra guests. With the lake only a 15-minute walk away and the village just 3 minutes by car, you’re perfectly positioned to enjoy all that Tekapo has to offer. Bedrooms: 1. King bed with ensuite 2. Queen bed 3. Four king single bunk beds Guest access Please note, the house entrance is shared with the adjoining apartment. Other things to note Linen, towels and cleaning is included in the nightly rate, for the booked number of guests. To ensure that we provide the correct linen please include the total number of guests when booking, including children. We ask that you are mindful about your bed choice when staying, as additional costs will be charged for beds used in excess of the number of guests booked. Infants under 2 years are welcome and are free in a port-a-cot (also available for hire @ $10/stay - please request). For stays less than 5 nights your accommodation is un-serviced, therefore all supplies & linen initially provided are for the duration of your stay. Extra supplies can be purchased at the local supermarket.
