Spacious and stylish flat in historic Riga 70m²

This spacious and modern flat is located in the heart of historic Riga, within beautifully restored Art Nouveau building. There are plenty of cafe's and restaurants right at your doorstep. Old town, parks and railway station are all just a leisurely stroll away. The windows are on the main facade of the building offering beautiful panorama of the city and ambient sounds of Riga streets. And if you need a quiet time, triple glazing will protect you from most of the unwanted noise at night. The space It is a 70 sq.m. apartment designed by my architect son. It is fully furnished with kitchen, bedroom, lounge / second bedroom and spacious bathroom. The kitchen & dinning room is fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge and dishwasher. All dishes, cutlery, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine etc. are provided. The bedroom has King size double bed with comfortable pocket spring & memory foam mattress. The lounge / second bedroom is a separate room with King size bed and double foldable sofa-bed, coffee table, armchair and office desk. There is no TV - we're all about soaking up the good vibes. The rooms are bright and spacious with 3.2m ceiling height and bay window in the lounge. Bedroom and lounge have unobstructed views over the roofs of the building across the road. South-east orientation ensures that there is a direct sunlight from early morning until late afternoon. Free high speed wi-fi is included. We also provide all bedding, towels, soap, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. If you require baby cot and baby high chair, please let us know in advance. You can reserve the following services for extra fee: Secure parking (7 euros per 24h), additional cleaning (35 euros). Guest access The whole flat is for guests. Other things to note The apartment is located on 4th floor and can be accessed by the elevator, with one flight of stairs to climb to the front door. Hot water is pre-heating in the boiler, which has sufficient capacity for up to 6 people. Consider adjusting temperature on the boiler depending on number of guests. As a guidance, you can set 35 degrees for 1 person, 50 degrees for 2 people, 65 degrees for 3-4 people and 80 degrees for 5-6 people. Hot bath can be filled with 65 degree boiler.
