Legacy Villas is a private gated community with 24x7 security, located two blocks from the La Quinta Resort and close to restaurants, tennis, golf, shopping and casinos. CHECKING OUT: Please check out of our rental by 11:00AM. By checking out by this time ensures that we have enough time to clean the property and get it ready for our next guest as the cleaning team is scheduled to arrives. For any late check out, we will reserve the right to charge $200 if exceed 30 minutes and half day rate if exceed one hour. • Check in time 4:00PM •Check out time 11:00AM - EARLY CHECK-IN/ LATE CHECK-OUT - Stay a little longer and add up to 2 hours before or after your arrival for $75/hour.
