Just steps from the sand, this updated home offers easy access to one of Del Mar’s most family-friendly beaches. After a sun-soaked day, unwind in the four-person hot tub, kick back in the upstairs living area with AC and an arcade game, or retreat to the private downstairs master suite. Come experience the best of beach life at Seahorse Hideaway! 3 Bedroom, 2 Baths - Bedroom 1- King bed- sleeps 2 - Bedroom 2- Queen bed- sleeps 2 - Bedroom 3- Queen bed - sleeps 2 AMENITIES -Private 4 person hot tub -Fenced patio with a BBQ and seating area -Vintage kitchen with plenty of cookware -Flat-screen in the living room & master bedroom -AC unit that is located in the living room -Dining room table can seat 4 -Garage with plenty of beach gear-chairs, boogie boards, shortboard, sand toys & beach cart -You can walk to The Brigantine, Jakes, Poseidon, 15th Street, The Del Mar Race Track and Dog Beach from this beach house PARKING - There is a 1 car garage on the first level. HOUSE RULES -Max Occupancy at all times: 6 -Quiet Hours: 9pm - 9am -NO PARTIES, GATHERINGS, EVENTS, & NO EXTRA GUESTS THAT OVER OCCUPY THE HOME - Strictly enforced. -This home IS PET FRIENDLY and allows 2 pets for the fee of $50 per pet, per night. We only accept dogs. Please inquire about other pets allowed with our Reservations Department. Please note this pet fee is not collected at the time of booking. We will collect this payment after your reservation has been confirmed. If you bring furry friends, we ask that you do not allow them outside during quiet hours, as neighbors are very sensitive. Please do not leave your pets alone unattended during your stay. -There shall be no video, still photography, or film production of any kind without the express written consent of the owner. - SMOKING: This home and all Vacation Rentals by Kimberly properties are strictly non-smoking. Smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere on the premises. A minimum $250 fee will be charged if evidence of smoking is found. PLEASE NOTE! -If you bring furry friends, we ask that you do not allow them outside during quiet hours, as neighbors are very sensitive. -Please take note that this home is NOT baby and/or child-proofed. It is your responsibility to walk the home and/or property upon arrival, to make this space safe for your children. We assume no liability for harm/death to any baby or child staying or visiting this vacation rental. -This home does share one wall with the next-door tenant. Noise carries through the walls, please be mindful of quiet hours. When the adjacent home is occupied the tenant will access their unit through the backyard space. And, for our guests who are sensitive to noise, although not intrusive, we must disclose the freeway is .5 miles west of the home. -You can hear freeway noise, although it sounds very similar to the lull of the ocean. Lastly, this home does have stairs to access the main living space and master bedroom on the 2nd level. - Please note that early check-ins and late check-outs are available at our discretion. There are extra fees for either of these add-ons when available. - The fireplace is to not be used. CANCELLATION POLICY • A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty, aside from a $500 restocking fee. • Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment (not including deposit and cleaning fee). • Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. If you wish to shorten your existing reservation with VRBKIM, and your reservation is further than 30 days away, we do charge a $100 restocking fee to make this adjustment.
