Each bedroom offers quality beds to ensure the best night’s sleep, two of which have the added benefit of en-suite facilities. Other things to note The villa is equipped with a noise detection system, that monitor noise levels 24/7 and is connected to the owners. The optional costs for the use of the hot tub of £25 per night are not included in the reservation (capped at £100 per stay). Please note that it could take up to 20 hours before the hot tub reaches its final temperature. So it may be the case that the hot tub can't be used the first night. If required we offer the option to provide an extra foldable bed. The costs are £17 per night. Early check-in and/or early check-out can be arranged for an additional fee of £50 (subject to availability). To give you peace of mind and maintain our high standards, we offer two options to cover you against small unintentional damage at this property. We offer the option to add a Damage Waiver for just £50 per stay that covers up to £500 in accidental damages during your stay. Alternatively, you may choose to pay a refundable Safety Deposit of £500. The hold on your payment method will be released within 7 working days after your check-out subject to no damages. In case you travel with pets, please note that there is a pet fee applicable of £50 per pet per stay.
