The space The complex consists of ground floor, first and second floor and in total, has 17 independent rooms-studios. The 20 sqm room-studio, with the possibility of preparing meals, can accommodate 2 people. It has a well-equipped kitchen, with all necessary utensils such as (plates, knives, forks, glasses, pot, pan, two electric stoves, kettle, refrigerator) flat screen TV, air conditioning, bathroom (shower, sink, toilet) hair dryer, two single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, lamps and a private balcony (The balcony has partitions to provide privacy for guests). *All our rooms, including those on the ground floor, are bright and sunny with sea, pool (shared) and garden views. *Free Wi-Fi connection is provided. *A double bed is available. Let us know if you prefer two singles or one double). *Regarding the double bed, we join the 2 single beds, and turn them into doubles. *A shared pool is available. *The main entrance (private) is from the backside of the property. *A baby cot is provided, after request.(free of charge). *There is no cleaning service during your stay.
