Cozy apartment on the second floor of our new eco-accommodation: Da Coco! The apartment is served by an elevator; entrance, living room with kitchen, habitable terrace, 2 bedrooms and bright bathroom with shower for the disabled. The structure is in a quiet setting, convenient to all services, close to the center and strategic for station and highway. The space The apartment is new and furnished with care. We wanted to recreate our small urban jungle, starting from the large external mural that represents and identifies us! The small details frame a familiar and welcoming context: wallpapers, wood parquet, natural light, large windows with motorized shutters. Particular attention has been given to environmental sustainability and energy saving: from solar panels to modular heating, in a plastic-free and as ecological as possible context. The whole building is accessible to people with reduced mobility. In particular, this apartment, perfect for a family or a group of friends, has the bathroom perfectly equipped for people with disabilities. Guest access "Da Coco" is a new property entirely dedicated to welcoming visitors to our city. Lilium apartment guests will have the apartment and living terrace at their exclusive disposal. The garden is shared with other guests. Other things to note Upon arrival, a valid identity document will be required for registration and for the stipulation of the tourist rental contract. Local regulations also provide for the payment of a tourist tax equal to 1.00 euros per day per person whose payment will be requested at check in.
