We assume no liability for harm/death to any baby or child staying or visiting this vacation rental. -Please be aware when booking this property that it's from the 1930s and has quirks. The house is not updated, this is part of its charm. The pictures are a true representation. -----This vintage home may smell older (this is normal). The furniture is older and the decor is reflective of a far-off era. -This home DOES NOT have AC, sorry. -This home has very wide railings on the upper floor. Therefore, this home is not suitable for small children, due to the risk of falling from the 2nd floor down to the 1st floor below. Injury and/or death could occur from a fall. - Please note that early check-ins and late check-outs are available at our discretion. There are extra fees for either of these add-ons when available. CANCELLATION POLICY A 30-day notice is required for all cancellations. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival: • Receive full refund Cancellations or changes that shorten the stay within 30 days of arrival: • Full advance payment is forfeited (excluding deposit and cleaning fees) • No refunds will be issued for cancellations or early departures once the stay has begun
