Parking is on the street, but you can obtain a street parking pass through the City of South Pasadena at the police station or online. With a walkability score of 91 you will not need a car to get around. Walking distance to Goldline Metro Station which can take you to Downtown LA, Arts District, Chinatown, Old Town Pasadena, Staples Center, and Airports. (May have to transfer through Union Station for some destinations.) Close walking distance to restaurants & bars, coffee shops, grocery stores, farmers market, schools, library, senior center, community center, many churches and much more. This city is filled with countless "mom and pop" type shops and restaurants as well as a weekly farmer’s market filled with organic produce and handcrafted items. You will have access to a washer/dryer, flat screen TV, DVD player, complimentary high speed WiFi, two BBQs, new refrigerator and garbage disposal. Queen comfortable futon with down comforter and bedding. For those that like to bake or cook there is a full kitchen with anything you will need. There is a full desk area, book shelves with books and DVD's, closet and storage space. The neighborhood is turn of the century and has been used to shoot many TV shows, movies and commercials. Our town has been labeled "Mayberry and Any Where USA or Hollywood's other back lot" by many because of the older homes and feel of the town and the industry constantly filming. Most of the homes are bungalows with their original character and we are right in the center of where there are many restaurants, bars & pub, yoga studio, coffee shops, post office, library, senior center, community center, the South Pasadena Farmer's Market, Mission Station Goldline Metro Stop, grocery stores and much more. During the holidays it is a perfect place for a family to stay while visiting their loved ones. Conveniently located very near the light rail train which can access Downtown LA, USC, Staples Center, LA Live, Arts District, Chinatown, Old Town Pasadena, Pasadena Business Districts. Walking distance to all amenities. LAX Airport is easy to get to by taking the Goldline to Union Station and catching the "Flyaway" Bus. Burbank airport is 15 minutes away by car or UBER. It is also located close to Huntington Hospital and the Metro is convenient to the medical corridor for family's needing a home while visiting the hospital. It is also close to Children's Hospital and City of Hope. South Pasadena is located 9 miles North of Downtown Los Angeles and just south of Pasadena. San Marino is adjacent to the East. We park both of our cars on the property. There is no room for tenants car’s but there is ample street parking. There is a large EV charging station, including a Tesla Super Charger, 1.5 miles from the Studio and another charging station in town, near the police station.
