Villa Jade

Villa Jade is a 2 Bed Villa with a Private Pool and Sea Views situated close to the beach on the Poseidon Luxury Villa complex in the friendly resort of Kapparis. The space Upstairs has two bedrooms; one double with a small balcony overlooking the pool with Sea Views and the other is a Twin. Both bedrooms have space for a cot. The family bathroom is between the two bedrooms which has a Bath and a Shower above. The Villa also has Air Conditioning in the Living/Dining room and both Bedrooms. The lounge and dining area are open plan with patio doors leading out to the garden. In the lounge is a flat-screen TV and DVD Player and two comfy sofas. The dining area has a dining table with 6 chairs and a handy hatch into the kitchen, which is fully equipped with fridge freezer, microwave, hob, oven, washing machine, dishwasher. Downstairs just off the hallway is a WC. To the rear of the property there’s a pool which is rectangle, approx 5 x 3m, four Sun Loungers to the side. There’s also a gazebo off the Patio doors giving you a comfortable shaded area with Dining table and chairs, there’s also an outside shower. On an evening you can enjoy cooking on the Traditional BBQ and eating outside around the Table and chairs. To the side of the property is a lockable access gate which the pool man uses for maintaining the pool so he doesn't disturb you. There’s a Parking space on the Drive plus plenty of on Street Parking in front of the Villa. Villa Jade is situated in the resort of Kapparis which is near Protaras and Pernera. The Villa is 4 mins walk to Kapparis Beach and easy walking distance to 2 other Beaches ( Malama and Agia Triada) which have great facilities and Beach bars. All the beaches are sandy and very sheltered (so perfect for paddling) and along the edges of the coves there’s rocky pools & caves to explore. The snorkelling is amazing. Kapparis is a very family friendly town with many Bars and Restaurants to eat and drink including British, Italian, Cypriot & Greek. There’s three supermarkets in Kapparis that cover all the basics; fresh and frozen food, fresh fruit and veg, essentials, fun things for pool and beach, and a well stocked off-licence for your beer, wine and Spirits. These are all in walking distance. Other things to note The Marble Stairs are very steep, please be careful on them. Registration Details 5051
