During your arrival, as you will walk in the house, you meet an open area hosting the living and dinning room and the kitchen. At your right hand, you will see the dining area with a big table and 6 chairs. At your left hand, you will see a unique, relaxing and studying area with the couch, Cable Television with a variety of sports channels and channels for kids and a cosy lounge chair to read your book and drink your wine! Next to the living room, you will meet the fully furnished kitchen. The kitchen includes: utensils, glasses, plates, oven, refrigerator-freezer, toaster, coffee maker and dishwasher. As you walk in the house, you will have the opportunity to feel comfortable in any of the three bedrooms. Two of them include double beds, spacey closets, mirrors. The third one includes two single beds and spacey closets. Right next to the bedrooms, there is a big bathroom with bathtub and a washing machine and a smaller one with shower. Right outside the house, there is an open field for walking, running, kid playing! Cosy house is located 3 kms from Chania City, 20 km from Chania International Airport, 18 kms from Souda port. Finally, during check-in, we will offer you useful information and advice for the area. Alternatively, if you wish, we will offer you self check in. You will have access to the entire house and its facilities. Other things to note We kindly ask from you to have in mind that, according to Greek Law (article 53 of Greek Law 5073/2023) there is an extra environmental fee against climate crisis equal to 10 euros per day of your booking. For example, if your booking is 5 days, then the exrta fee payed during your stay, will be 50 euros in total. This extra fee is payed during check in or during your stay.
