Elegant and welcoming, with bright rooms furnished with care. It has two bedrooms, living room, equipped kitchen, bathroom with tub, and a second small bathroom. It has a parking space, terrace, private garden with barbecue and where you can enjoy a coffee in the morning, air conditioning, video intercom, Wi-fi. A few minutes walk: beach club, supermarket, petrol station. Interior Spaces: - Sleeping Area: spacious bedrooms with small balconies facing the sea, the internal garden, and the mountains. - Two bathrooms; the main one is equipped with a bathtub/shower. - Living Area and Kitchen: Open-plan, welcoming spaces fully equipped with everything you need. Outdoor Spaces: - Large, well-kept garden (shared with the owner), featuring a relaxation area with sun loungers, a shower, and an outdoor table for al fresco dining. - Outdoor dining and barbecue area. - Balconies and terrace: a spacious ground-floor terrace and a porch furnished with a table and chairs, plus balconies facing the sea on one side and the garden and mountains on the other. - Car and motorcycle parking: private parking space within the residential complex. Guest access The residential complex is fenced and secured by an entrance gate, ensuring safety and privacy. On-site parking for cars and motorcycles is available. I advise renting one if you do not have your own. Villa Muse is in an excellent position near the sea, but as Capo Mulini is a seaside village, if you want to go into the city to do some shopping, or reach other destinations easily, it is preferable to have a car, or use a taxi as local transport has limited routes and timetables and does not operate on holidays. Other things to note Other things to keep in mind: The price does NOT include the tourist tax. The tourist tax amounts to € 2 per person per night. For stays longer than 5 nights, the city tax is payable only for the first 5 nights. The tourist tax is payable locally and in cash to the owner on the day of arrival whilw signig the contract.
