This apartment has lots of private space innside and outside. The complex is very cosy and calm. The apartment is about 80 m2 with high standard and is located in a very popular area. The apartment is located in a very quiet, yet very central area with 900 m to the beach, 100 m to the gorcery store, 200 m to La Zenia Boulevard, which is the largest shopping center in the province of Alicante, most of the streets in the mall are outdoors with 150 shops, lots of restaurants, bars, bowling, playground, amusement park, trampoline park etc. The apartment is located so that there is no noise from this. Otherwise, Mc Donalds is 200 meters away. It is an 8-15 minute drive to 4 popular golf courses (Villamartin, Las Ramblas, Campoamor and Las Colinas). There are 3 water parks about 15-20 minutes drive from La Zenia. It is reasonable with a rental car and taxi in the area. There are also good bus connections from La Zenia. Torrevieja town is a 10 minute drive away or a very nice bike ride. Fitness center, yoga, zumba, gym, tennis, etc. is only 1 km from the apartment. Additionaly there are many newly built bike paths in the area, and bike rentals near the apartment. There is a long beach promenade by the beach which is ideal for walking, cycling or jogging.
