Welcome to Chania and the wonderful village Gavalochori!! Evaggelias home is a beautiful and spacious maisonette of 140 sqm surrounded by a lush landscape of olive trees in the picturesque village of Gavalochori. It is suitable for families and couples who want to relax in the tranquility of nature. It can comfortably accommodate from 1 to 5 people and it's ideally located for those who want to make excursions between the prefectures of Chania and Rethymnon and admire the beauties of Apokoronas. The space Evaggelias Home has been welcoming people from all over the world since 2017. In the interior of the house we find a traditional house, recently renovated, divided into two floors with an internal staircase. At the entrance you meet the big living room first and passing under the stone vault you are in the fully equipped kitchen (oven, fridge,microwave,coffee maker , a toaster, a kettle, kitchen utensils, etc.), and the main WC. From the internal staircase we climb to the upper floor.First we meet a small WC,the main bedroom and a balcony overlooking the tranquil nature and olive trees.Then continue to the next bedroom there are three beds, two semi-double and one single,a big closet and a baby cot. Each bedroom has its own aircondition. Guest access Access to the entire house and the courtyard. Other things to note Based on the new improved cleaning protocol, additional safety and hygiene measures have been implemented in the accommodation regarding the cleaning and disinfection of spaces and surfaces. The accommodation has the necessary cleaners and disinfectants for your personal hygiene and your safe stay in the house. Also the house is fully equipped for your daily needs during your vacation !!
