Located on the harbor 2 1/2 blocks from the beach, within walking distance to the Boardwalk & Wharf...and several great restaurants! You’ll love the fabulous view of the harbor & ocean, the decks, and location. Great for couples, family reunions, and families. Summers normally rent Saturday to Saturday. You enter on the entry level where you will find the living room, dining area, kitchen, den, full bathroom, and deck with Charcoal BBQ grill and outdoor furniture. Den, with couch that can convert to full size bed, can be completely closed off to provide an additional private room. (This brings the number of beds to 7 in the house). Up 1 level is the master bedroom (king bed), full bath, and small balcony. Down 1 level from the entry you will find 2 bedrooms, a large bonus/sitting area, full bathroom, washer/dryer and deck (with outdoor shower). 1st downstairs bedroom has a king bed. 2nd bedroom has a king bed & and 1 twin bed. 2 twin beds are located in the bonus/sitting area. Childrens Play Pen and High Chair on premises. Amenities include: Wi-Fi, 3 Cable TV’s, CD Player, Washer, Dryer Fully Equipped Kitchen includes Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Ice Maker, Toaster, Blender and Coffee Makers. NO PETS NO SMOKING Guest access A combination lock-box is at the base of the exterior stairs. We will email you the combination approximately 7 days prior to your arrival to obtain the key. 2 additional keys will be located on the kitchen counter. Other things to note We normally ask our renters to bring their own bath towels. However, if needed, we can provide for an additional fee (per person per set). Please advise in advance if you would like to have provided, and how many sets. 2-3 Cars may park in front of garage (depending on size of cars), and street parking may also be available (does not require a permit).
