The space Enjoy a cozy, country, clean feeling inside the home free of allergens as there is a strict no pets and no inside smoking policy. A gas Bbq awaits you on the back patio by the lake. There is also a smokeless grill and combo convection oven/microwave/air fryer. Enjoy yourselves but please follow rules of resort. RESORT RULES WELCOME TO SKY VALLEY RESORTS Our communities consist of permanent and seasonal homeowners who enjoy living in a tranquil environment. Please read this brochure for an enjoyable stay. Loud music, rambunctious parties, streets filled with cars parked in front of neighbors homes and driveways are prohibited by resort rules and will not be tolerated. Renters are advised that the following rules will be strictly enforced: NOISE Resort rules include quiet hours between the hours of 10PM and 8AM. This is also a residential area. You can always enjoy yourselves, but loud noises or parties are not allowed. PARKING Renters and their guests should park in the driveway or directly in front or behind of the rental home. No overnight parking in the street is allowed. TRASH Trash and refuse shall not be stored within public view. PETS: This is a no pet home. No exceptions. OCCUPANCY (Resort/Park Rules) Occupancy restricted to 4 people. We require a rental contract to be signed online. (sent via email) Minimum renter age is 25. Photo ID will be required to verify.
