The space This entire Los Gatos Fairy Hill Airbnb house is located in Monte Sereno, California, United States. The peaceful, relaxing location in a friendly upscale neighborhood with high speed internet. One mile from downtown Los Gatos with shops, art galleries, theater and award-winning restaurants.Easy access to Silicon Valley and other San Francisco Bay area locations. Perfect getaway for a romantic weekend. Guest access There is plenty of parking in front of the house as well as at the end of the driveway Other things to note The property is 1.3 acres. Back of the property, the steps that lead down to the woods are steep, may be loose and not safe also may have poison ivy plants. Please do not use those steps to walk into the woods. *Please be respectful of our neighbors. Do not knock on doors and ask for help if you are unsure of where we are. Please call host if you have difficulty finding our location.Please check our house rules document. *No Street parking. Please park at the location provided to you within our property. *Please make sure that your kids are safe in the garden and make sure that they don't shake and run in the house around the statues,glass tables and large TVs.The statues are very breakable. *No visitors without express approval from the host. *No loud music or noise at any time. *The house has white carpet, please take your shoes off before entering the house There will be slippers for your use and please no drinks on the carpeted areas. *The house from 1930s. Please be gentle inside and outside with the surrounding fixtures and the statutes including the kitchen appliances. We do not have EV Charges for electric cars.There are close by 24 hour open Charging stations in Los Gatos area .Please write me if you have more questions. *Some days, solar lights may not lite up enough. If lighting along the pathway is too dark, please use a flashlight or the flash from your cell phone. *The ground around the house and garden may not be even because of its natural setting and may not be safe, It may be fall hazard to anyone, please proceed extreme caution.The trash cans are the brown color ones on the driveway blue color is the recycling the rest are for the garden use. *Do not throw anything and do not step on the large natural stones around the fishpond. The fishpond is not safe, especially for children.
