Please note that Rue du Panier becomes pedestrianized between 11:30 a.m. and 5 a.m. 1 bedroom Rue du Panier + Roof Terrace is shared with our 5 apartments. This apartment DOES NOT HAVE A KITCHEN. This apartment has a toilet and private bathroom. The bedroom has reversible air conditioning and overlooks the inner courtyard. This room can accommodate 3 people. PLEASE NOTE ⚠️ You must ask us in advance so that we can prepare the 90/190 bed for the 3rd person. The space The guest can use room number 23, and we can give access to our roof terrace if they comply with the conditions and house rules. No guests or hosting friends, families. The building is under video surveillance, if we find other people in the building your reservation will be cancelled and you will not be refunded! Other things to note There's no KITCHEN! If you book for 1 or 2 people and you are staying with more than one person, there will be a penalty of €200 to be paid for non-compliance with our internal regulations! No smoking in the apartment! The Roof Terrace is common for us tenants of 5 apartments We reserve the right to give you access or not. We don't have any plaids. If you're cold, you have a duvet in the closet.
