The all glass front and huge deck make for a great place to unwind and escape to the wilderness. Featuring enough bed space for up to 8 people across 3 bedrooms and a loft, makes it possible to fit a large family. Please Note loft access is by attached wall ladder, may not be suitable for all and queen bedroom is not private, as the the door to area does not close. You will love the open floor plan with the kitchen, dining and living area set up with a warm gas stove. This house features access to Chamberlands HOA amenities, which has a wonderful pool and private beach access. A shuttle runs during the summer every 30 minutes, which gives you easy access to the amenities. D.L. Bliss, Sugar Pine and Emerald Bay are all just a short drive away and there is hiking trails walking distance away. In the winter you are just 5 minutes away from Homewood ski resort and 15 minutes to the Sherwood Access of Alpine Meadows ski resort. The front side of Alpine Meadows and Squaw Valley are about 30 minutes away. Never to exceed 12 adults in larger homes. Nighttime occupancy limits begin at 9:00 PM. Daytime occupancy is defined as one and a half times the maximum number of occupants allowed to stay overnight at the unit, excluding children under 12. You will have total privacy, but we are available to assist you 24 hours/day if needed. There is a shuttle which runs during the summer which can take you to the HOA amenities. The local bus system is called the TART and you can access several ski resorts and parks via the public transportation. The pool is only available during the summer, and the tennis courts are weather dependent. HOA Amenities are not guaranteed due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. The nightly rate and cleaning fee includes a county Transient Occupancy Tax of 10% Included in your cleaning fee is a $35 administrative fee and a $44.95 damage waiver that covers up to $3,000 in accidental damages that are reported to us at the time the damage occurred. You can contact our office after you make the booking if you want to avoid the damage waiver and we will replace it with a $3,0000 security deposit.
