Privately owned and managed condo that also serves as our vacation home. We strive to provide a clean, comfortable, cozy space at a reasonable price. The condo faces southeast and is nestled amongst tall pines so you have the best of both worlds. Sun in the morning to warm the condo and help you to rise and shade as the sun sets on warm summer nights. The view of the crest from the front entry porch invites you to go exploring. You also have a small view of the Sherwin's and all they offer The space This warm, cozy and well-maintained studio is located 2 blocks away from The Village and the Gondola. The gondola will whisk you away to Canyon Lodge in a matter of minutes. The studio comes equipped with a 55" LG smart tv for those with Netflix & App accounts. We offer a queen size bed and a queen size sleeper sofa so the condo will accommodate from 1-4 people. There is a full bath and fully stocked kitchen so making meals is a breeze. The condo is located on the first floor but not wheelchair accessible as there are some stairs and landings to navigate. We offer FREE Wifi and FREE firewood with an easy to use wood-burning stove (while supplies last). There is a closet for hanging storage. Linen's provided, 2 Jacuzzi’s, swimming pool in summer, 2 sauna's, 2 onsite laundry facilities. Multi-day deals during off-season. After a great day on the Mountain and a nice soak in the jacuzzi, enjoy a quiet relaxing evening with family or friends over dinner and a movie. Then up early and at it again! Sorry NO SMOKING. Also, no Saturday check in's or checks out. Please note that this complex is NOT PET FRIENDLY. The HOA does not allow guest pets at this property. With regard to service animals, the HOA requests visitors fill out a form 48 hours in advance that I will need to collect. Also, there is no AC in the unit. Heat only.
