The space The 60 sqm apartment has been newly renovated and is located on the 2nd floor. An elevator is available. The entrance area has a wardrobe and seating. From there you can access all the other rooms of the apartment. The large light-flooded room captivates with cozy design and the latest technology. There, not only guests can be received at the dining table with six seats. A movie or series evening is also possible with the smart TV and free Amazon Prime. The cozy couch can also be converted and becomes a cozy sleeping place (140 cm) by a high-quality topper. There is also a cozy king-size bed in the living room, so the apartment can accommodate a total of 6 guests. In the fully equipped kitchen you will find everything you need: an electric stove with four hot plates, a refrigerator with freezer, an oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and a Nespresso coffee machine are available. The bedroom, which is separated from the living room, is furnished with a 180 cm box spring bed. The living room and bedroom can be darkened with blackout curtains for long sleeping as well as curtains for privacy. The bathroom also shines in a newly renovated look and has a rain shower. The washing machine and dryer are free to use. Cotton pads, cotton swabs, shampoo, and body wash are in stock and can make your travel bag easier. Fresh towels and linens are of course included. An iron and ironing board are of course also available in the apartment. You can park in the private space in the underground garage (maximum vehicle height: 150 cm, maximum vehicle length: 480 cm). More parking is available in the area. Some of them with parking meter/ticket, partly free, sometimes free on weekdays (pay attention to signage!). Bicycles can be safely parked in the courtyard of the house. Guest access You own the entire apartment. Feel free.
