Redwood Bungalow is a completely renovated 1920’s home with lots of natural light and period architectural and woodwork detail, located 15 minutes drive from Redwood National and State Parks, and walking distance to the ocean and downtown Crescent City. The house has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, that sleeps up to 6 people. The upstairs master bedroom and bath have distant views of the ocean, Battery Point Lighthouse, and the mountains behind Redwood National Park. The space Built in 1923, Redwood Bungalow was renovated and the attic converted to a master bedroom in 2019. Reclaimed redwood was used for much of the building materials, including the front deck and the interior stair posts and handrail. The redwood shingles are eco-salvaged from a family owned local redwood mill that's been in operation for over 50 years. Bed and bedroom details: The king size bed is in the upstairs master bedroom. Please note, the upstairs is a loft style attic conversion that contains only the master bedroom and the master bathroom, it does have a privacy wall, but there is no door. The queen size bed is in the downstairs bedroom. The full / double sofa bed is located in the downstairs living room / TV / fireplace room. The sofa bed brand is "Article", the model name is “Norby”. Bathroom details: The upstairs master bathroom has a 60" length vintage (1930's) claw foot bathtub (there is no shower upstairs). The downstairs bathroom has a shower (there is no bathtub downstairs).
