The apartment is located on the 5th floor with a west-facing orientation, allowing you to enjoy stunning sunsets from the balcony. A grocery store is conveniently located just 50 meters from the building. We speak any langauge and are happy to assist you during your stay The space Modern Apartment with Comfort for 4 People KITCHEN AND LIVING ROOM: Fully equipped kitchen with a stovetop, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, and electric kettle. Includes dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils. Dishwasher tablets, sponges, dish soap, and kitchen towels are also provided. The living area features a sofa bed, cabinets, a coffee table, and a TV for your convenience. BEDROOM (for 4 people): A spacious double bed (180 cm) and another double bed (160 cm), a dresser, and a clothing rack with hangers. Access to a balcony with outdoor seating (table and 2 chairs). Bedding and linens are included. BATHROOM: A modern bathroom with a bathtub, shower screen, sink, mirror, and toilet. Complimentary shower gels, shampoos, and a hairdryer are provided. Each guest receives a large towel. HALLWAY: The entrance hall includes a bench, a mirror, a coat rack, and a shoe cabinet with slippers available for use. PARKING: Paid Parking: On the street (7:00–19:00). Free at night, on weekends, and public holidays. Private Parking: Fenced parking space directly by the house for 150 CZK/day (reservation required). Your car will be under your supervision from the apartment. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment, including all amenities and equipment.
