The space The split level maisonette is located on the second level of a lush green hill and has view to the coasts of western Peloponnese and the Ionian Sea. Also a newly built private pool will be ready for 2017. This is a maisonette of 50 sq.m. On the upper level, there is a bedroom with 1 double and 1 single bed, air-conditioning and veranda with view. On the group level, there is a sitting room with sofa, kitchen, veranda and gardens. The kitchen is fully-equipped (fridge with freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, juicer, blender for ice coffee, 2 gas rings and saucepans, frying pans, plates, glasses, etc). The bathroom has shower cabin, toilet and sink. The house also has LCD TV with ASTRA satellite European programs and 24 hours hot water from boiler.
