Tiny house overlooking Upper Qeparo and the Ionian Sea. ideal house for a couple. It also has 2 single beds in the living room which could work for 2 children. Its a tiny house so not idea for 4 adults. Garden area offers a great view of Corfu and of the night sky. Also equipped with a large outdoor dinning table, shade structure and sunbeds. BE AWARE: The villa is reachable only by walking from the parking to the villa is approx 300m on foot. In a steep cobblestone path. The space From the parking to the house its a 2-3 min walk. Where you have to carry a;; your luggage and shopping. The entrance of the house is from the bottom of the garden. Be prepared for steep uneven steps leading up the house. Once you arrive at the entrance, you have a great view of the sea and of the village. The house has living and cooking area and also a tiny bathroom with WC and sink on the ground floor. You have to take the indoor steps which lead to the bedroom and on-suite bathroom with shower. Photos might give an impression of a much larger house. But the space is tiny and ideal for a couple. And maybe 1 or 2 young children. The house setting is in a real Albanian village. ne prepared for the noise of cows, goats and dogs. Other things to note Be prepared to walk an steep and uneven terrain. Upper Qeparo is a 18th century village. So the roads in cobblestone are everywhere and can be slippery especially on rainy days.
