Quietly located on the heights of the village with a panoramic view of the lake and the mountains, discover a comfortable house for 8 people 5 minutes from the center and its shops. This beautiful fully fenced property is perfect for a family holiday: very large garden, barbecue, quiet neighborhood, games room... The lake is less than 2 km away! On the ground floor you will find a living room with TV and piano, a separate toilet and a garage. The first floor contains 3 bedrooms with double beds and storage for your personal belongings, an equipped kitchen, two bathrooms with walk-in shower, a large living room, and a superb terrace with barbecue and views of the lake and mountains Finally, the second floor is for children!!! A room with two single beds, a games room with video games, and a table football!. TV and Wifi, fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine. The house is also equipped with a washing machine. Linen will be provided for your stay. Unless indicated: in France the bathroom is composed (of a shower or a bath), the toilet is departed. We remain at your disposal for any further information on this subject. Pets are not allowed on the property. You can park your car in the garage or in the courtyard (which can accommodate 3 cars). Saint-Jorioz is located on the left bank of Lake Annecy in a mountain setting. Visit his village, go hiking and enjoy its calm and beaches! Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm. After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional €20 will be charged. To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety. If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day. In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening. We look forward to seeing you!
