The space The apartment is composed of a living room with dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The apartment also offers a flat-screen TV, a seating area, and a bathroom with a bath, and a shower. WiFi is also provided :) Walking distance to a supermarket, taxi/bus stand, pharmacies, laundry and lots of food options such as Chinese, Malay, Japanese, Western, Thai food etc. This apartment is located at the center of Mutiara Damansara. Shopping malls such as IKEA, the Curve, Ikano Power Centre, Cineleisure is just 5 minutes away, while 24 hour convenience stores and grocery stores (Jaya Grocer), restaurants, clinics and banks are just a stone throw away. The Kuala Lumpur city centre is just 15-25 minutes away, depending on traffic, via Penchala Link. You can also utilize Damansara-Puchong highway (LDP) to reach Kepong, Kelana Jaya, Sunway, Subang and Puchong. The room is equipped with absolutely everything you need to stay like home: - High speed Fibre broadband Wi-Fi - Queen size beds with cushiony pillows - Single bed which comes with a pull-out bed - Fresh linen and towels - Hair and body shampoo - Hair dryer - Sofa and dining table - Flat screen TV - Kitchen with fridge, kettle, microwave, pots, plates, bowls, glasses, cutleries, etc. - Complimentary refreshments such as coffee. Guest access You will have the whole apartment to yourselves during the entire stay. The kitchen is available to use for cooking. You can also keep your food in the fridge. If you would like a quick dip in the pool or a quick exercise, the swimming pool, gym and tennis court is ready for use! Other things to note - We will collect a refundable deposit of RM200.00 at check-in, and will return the same at the end of your stay. - In the event that our apartment is found to be extremely dirty (e.g. signs that our apartment was used for parties - heavily stained floor, furniture was moved), we reserve the rights to impose a futher RM60.00 cleaning fee. - Please switch off the aircon and fans when leaving the premises / not in use. - In the event that you wish to check out late, please let us know (surcharges may apply).
