Located @ center of North Shore so convenient to all skiing, Kings Beach and Lake Tahoe activities. Home is equipped with wifi, cable, all appliances, full size washer/ dryer if needed, new smart TV. The kitchen should have all necessary items for cooking and we keep extra items in cupboards for guests use if needed. The space Our SUNSET CHALET is a Sunbathed, Stylish and well equipped home. Perfect for Honeymooners!! Panoramic Lake Tahoe views throughout! You will be treated to incredible views of Lake Tahoe throughout the home!! The Sunset Chalet has 3 stories with the upper two that you see in the photo used for vacation rental. There is a separate studio unit on the lower first level that hes it's own parking, stairway, entrance and deck that are not shared with the Sunset Chalet which has it's own, parking, stariway, decks and private entrance.. Our home is equipped overall with washer and dryer, bathroom with tub/shower combination. 2 Queen size beds (white goose down comforter) and full size sofa bed. There is a second TV in the upper bdrm . DSL added and wifi available. The kitchen is a full kitchen with all appliances ,dishwasher and plenty of counter space for mixing and fixing. There is a small desk with answering machine for messages and a house phone is needed. There is both gas heat and a glass front wood burning stove for cozy evenings. The living room has a large L shaped sofa that also converts to a full sized sofa bed . The deck facing and overlooking the Lake has deck chairs, gas BBQ, and table. The upper bedroom also offers panoramic views of sunset or sunrise over Lake Tahoe. The special appeal of the Sunset Chalet is the stunning Lake Views throughout the home. They invite you to just sit back, relax and gaze out the windows. Automatic entry lights help with late arrivals. Although you will find two lock boxes at the front door , the upper one is the one you use to open. This is a combination lock for security. The Sunset Chalet in North Lake Tahoe is located 1/2 mile to Nevada state line restaurants and casinos and 6 miles to Northstar Ski area. We permit a well behaved, house broken member of your family with a $20/day surcharge. They must be under fles and tick control and not left alone in the home for extended periods of time. However, it is important to inform us if you want to bring along your pet. Please note that although you have full use of the upper 2 bdrm unit that is viewed on the photo, there is a lower studio unit with it's separate private entrance, stairs, parking and deck.
