Newly constructed building. Located just 50 metres from the ‘Parque de los Príncipes’ underground station, only two stops from the centre of Seville or a 15-minute walk away. All of the city's points of interest, as well as the entrance to the fairgrounds (15 min.), are easily accessible by underground, on foot or by bus. Free parking space included. The space 120 m² apartment (95 m² usable space), with wooden floors and all amenities, located on the first floor with a lift and excellent connections to the main points of the city quickly and easily. It has 3 bedrooms, ideal for families or groups: one room with two single beds and two rooms with double beds, offering maximum comfort and rest. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. The spacious living room has a dining area and a large table, perfect for getting together and enjoying each other's company. It includes a free parking space for a car, measuring 2.50 m wide by 2.10 m high. Guest access Guests will have private access to the entire property. On arrival, you will find the beds made up with sheets and a set of towels per person (one hand towel and one bath towel). These amenities are provided regardless of the length of your stay. The property is equipped with air conditioning with both heating and cooling functions, to ensure a comfortable stay at any time of year, as well as high-speed internet access. If you require extra towels or sheets during your stay, we will be happy to provide them for a small additional charge. Luggage In the guide we send before your arrival, you will find details of several luggage storage facilities where you can leave your belongings until check-in time. These facilities are not part of the accommodation itself; we work with external companies specialising in this service and have a promotional code for your use. You may also use them on the day of departure if required. We are unable to store luggage at the accommodation. Access to the apartment is available from 15:00. However, we will be delighted to welcome our guests before this time if the accommodation is available. Similarly, the check-out time, set at 11:00, can be extended at no extra cost provided this is compatible with subsequent bookings. Other things to note Your booking includes the option to purchase or decline additional experiences or activities to enhance your stay. These are managed by external providers and will be communicated to you via chat. **For monthly stays, water and electricity are included up to a maximum of €100 per month. Guests will be responsible for any additional costs exceeding this amount, and the accommodation will provide an invoice for verification.** During your stay, only those guests listed in your booking are permitted on the property. Therefore, access is prohibited to anyone not registered as a guest. Violation of this rule will result in a penalty of 50% of the total stay cost, or, if this is not confirmed, immediate eviction from the accommodation.
