VILLA NILA - your dream holiday at Como Lake -

Villa Nila is situated just seven kilometers from Como in Torno a village nicknamed “The Jewel of Lario” Among the loveliest on Lake Como along the road to Bellagio The house itself is located inside the garden of Villa Nila, surrounded by historic villas centuries-old trees and stunning flower gardens. The residence offers guests the opportunity to spend their holidays close to nature and far from the crowds overlooking Lake Como, one of the most beautiful and most famous lakes in the world. The space The accommodation is located within the garden of Villa Nila and measures 105 square meters in total. Furnished in a modern style and feature large windows, spectacular lake views and breathtaking panoramic scenery year-round. It develops on one floor whit a english-style lawn area in front of the house, the Bersò, and a Belvedere Terrace view at exclusive use of our guests. The apartment consists in a larger living room and open kitchen, bathroom with windows, walk-in closet, master bedroom with king size bed and sitting area with sofa and desk. The smaller space, which has a separate entrance, consists of a bedroom (Queen sized bed) and sitting area with sofa, private bathroom, kitchenette. The particular floor plan, designed as two independent living spaces, is suitable for families, but also ideal for two separate couples and business travelers. For families with baby, we suggest using the sofa bed in the living room of the larger space because the second bedroom has an entrance from the outside and is not directly communicating, ( even if only 3 meters away). A crib or cradle can also be at your disposal, upon request, for infants and toddlers. The space, with two double beds and two bathrooms, is ideal for four people. It is possible upon request to have a double sofa bed prepared in the large living room, thus allowing for accommodation of a maximum of six guests. The part of the upper garden with the patio and the swimming pool can be shared with my family that we live in the red house you see in the picture. There are no other guests in the property. The pool it is seasonal ( May 15 th – October 1 th ) and slightly heated, measure (10×4 mt and 1.4 mt deep) and is filled with chlorine-free iodized saltwater. The purification is obtained through an electrolytic process and periodic checks of the pH level to insure clear water free from any odor that is safe for the skin and will not burn the eyes. There is a shallow water area for children The patio, equipped with all comfort like table, chairs and sunbed.
