This townhouse is in the perfect location for people who want to be close to a beach, bus stops with good connections around Paphos, Kings Avenue Mall with a supermarket in it and various historical places around Paphos. There are many things to see and do in this place. Buses go to the harbour, Coral Bay and town centre. The townhouse is yours and please treat it like your own home with views of the sea and the sunsets! The space Hello and welcome to my page. Thank you for browsing this listing. The place is perfect for couples looking to be by the beach and to be close to places of interest and activities. You do not need a car but if you wish to travel further, then a car hire is a great idea! You can hire a scooter or a bicycle if you wish. The beach is only 3 minutes walk away from the townhouse. It is 250 metres away. You will have your own towels for the bathroom. The bedsheets are fresh and clean. I always have hot water as we have solar panels. The clean that you pay for is a general clean and also includes beds made ready for you and fresh bath towels are provided. You will need to bring your own beach towels. Breakfast is self catering and I will leave a loaf of bread, jams, butter and fruit in the fridge and a variety of cereals on the kitchen worktop. I want to offer something to my guests so they don't have to worry about buying breakfast foods the next day. If you and another guest are staying for a week, there will be enough food to last a week. If there are more people, then there will be enough for you all. The food is not for snacking/lunch/dinner. Just breakfast ;) The open plan living room/dining area has a computer desk with computer chair, a butterfly table to eat at, an armchair, a sofa, TV with Netflix and a TV table. Air conditioning: We have a unit in each bedroom and the living room. Living room - if you leave the windows open here, there is an amazing breeze and air conditioning is never required. Please do try leaving the windows open and enjoy the breeze, before using the air con. Air con in the lounge is only required in July/ August when humidity is 75%. Both air con units also provide heating during winter. You can park in the allocated parking spot in front of the front door. Other things to note Parents with a new baby! I have a baby bath, and a travelling cot for sleeping in. If you require them for your baby, please do let me know and I will arrange it for you for free. I know how much these things can help your baby alot. Pets not allowed. I used to but they left behind lots of damage and guests kept quiet. Therefore, no pets. I think that you will find the townhouse comfortable to stay in. However, the beds and sofa are very comfortable to use. Please do respect our furniture as you would respect your own. Many thanks!
