We installed an AC+Heater HVAC system to keep the cottage at a comfortable temperature at all times. Only three blocks from Fanuel Park and Sail Bay, enjoy kayaking, paddle boarding, sailing, jet skiing, bike riding or a scenic walk along the 15 miles of boardwalk that wraps around the bay and along mission and pacific beach. We're also just 7 blocks from the beach where you can enjoy boogie boarding, surfing or reading a book. Perfect for someone looking for a home away from home. We have remodeled our entire home with hardwood floors, stainless steel refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, corian countertops, new kitchen and bath. It has WIFI, 42-inch smart TV with Roku, private stacked washer/dryer, closet, patio, outside gas BBQ, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, linens, blow-dryer, iron and ironing board, toaster, coffee maker, queen size bed, full length mirror, plenty of storage, off-street parking and all the amenities you need to enjoy your stay. Only minutes away from SeaWorld, the world famous San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Old Town with it's excellent Mexican Restaurants, Belmont Park and it's authentic 1920's wooden roller-coaster, SeaPort Village, downtown San Diego's GasLamp Quarter, the Convention Center and Petco Park. Half an hour from LegoLand, 40 minutes to The Wild Animal Park, 75 minutes to the quaint historic gold rush town of Julian, in the mountains, and another 30 minutes beyond that is beautiful Anza Borrego Desert State Park. Even Disneyland and Knott's Berry Farm can be done as a day trip. Mexico is only 25 minutes away. You don't even need a car.
