A cozy, traditional cabin on the Iso-Syötte fell, close to the summit. The location is ideal: high on a slope, in a quiet area, in the immediate vicinity of ski slopes and hiking trails. A bright living room, high ceilings, and a loft create a spacious whole. Suitable for couples, families, and groups of friends, and pets are welcome. After a day of outdoor activities, you'll relax in the steam of your own sauna. On the terrace, you can enjoy the mountain scenery and the tranquility of nature all year round. The space The property is a semi-detached cottage (1 bedroom + living room + loft + kitchen + utility room + toilet + sauna). Downstairs: 46 m²; loft: 16 m². The wall between the apartments has double insulation. Location Located near Syötte National Park, Iso-Syötte is part of a larger nature conservation and hiking area. The cabin is surrounded by nature, yet close to amenities. Outdoor/hiking trails start right near the cabin: ski trails and mountain bike trails are about 50 meters away. The ski resort is just a 5-minute drive away. The hotel, restaurant, and top-notch amenities (spa, beauty salon, bike rental) are about a 10-minute walk away. The location offers stunning mountain scenery for nature lovers in all seasons. Living room The bright living room with a high ceiling creates a spacious and airy atmosphere. Large windows bring nature into the interior and make the space cozy all year round. The living room is the heart of the cabin – a place to spend time together, relax, and recover after a day of outdoor activities by the crackling fire. The living room has a 50" Smart TV equipped with Chromecast. Kitchen and dining area The open-plan kitchen and dining area is practical and well equipped. Everything you need for your vacation meals is at your fingertips, and the dining table is a great place to gather after a long day of outdoor activities. The dining table can be extended to accommodate 6 people. Bedroom The downstairs bedroom provides a quiet space for a restful night's sleep. The natural ambiance and clean interior design make the space pleasant and relaxing. Ideal for couples or families with adults. The room is equipped with a 55-inch-wide bed. Loft A spacious loft gives the cabin flexibility and adds more living space. It's perfect for kids, teens, or groups of friends, and it also makes the place work for multiple guests. An open view of the living room adds a sense of space. On the loft, there is one 120-cm-wide bed and two 80-cm-wide beds. There is also a desk and chair on the loft for remote work. 32" TV and game console (8-bit Nintendo with two controllers) for children to use freely :). Patio The terrace provides a cozy spot for morning coffee, evening relaxation, dining, and enjoying the outdoors amidst the mountain scenery in all seasons. In autumn and winter, the terrace is an ideal spot to enjoy the starry sky and the glow of the Northern Lights. Sauna, bathroom, and toilet After a day of skiing, hiking, or biking, it's nice to relax in the soothing heat of your own sauna and let your body recover. Windbreak/entryway In the hallway, there is a drying cabinet for drying wet clothes and equipment. Warehouse By the entrance to the cabin, there's a storage room where you can keep your ski/boarding gear, etc. There are slides for children and a wheelbarrow in the storage room that you are free to use. Change Pets are welcome (however, we ask that pets stay downstairs only). The property has a dog-friendly food and drink area, as well as a non-slip surface for the dogs. A baby carrier is also available; please ask for more information if you'd like. Feel free to use the WiFi. The property's mechanical ventilation system ensures fresh air throughout your stay. Free parking with a heating outlet in the cabin's yard. The firewood you use is included in the price of your stay. Other things to note Final cleaning The guest is responsible for the final cleaning of the property. Cleaning supplies and detergents are available at the property. You will receive cleaning instructions after booking. The property is inspected after each stay. If self-cleaning has not been carried out, an additional fee of €150 will be charged.
