Beautiful quiet apartment located right on the edge of the forest. Your time-out domicile is located on a small hill, from where you have a great panoramic view of the surrounding nature. In the middle of the Hochsauerland - between the winter sports metropolises of Willingen and Winterberg. Whether you want to spend a relaxing weekend or treat yourself to a longer break – you are welcome here. The spacious, newly built and barrier-free apartment at the beginning of 2021 is equipped to a high standard and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay: Bedroom with a comfortable double bed Spacious living and dining room with flat-screen TV and sofa bed Modern, fully equipped kitchen Comfortable bathroom with floor-level rain shower and bathtub Infrared sauna for soothing relaxation Underfloor heating in all rooms for pleasant warmth Outside, you will find two small terraces with garden furniture and a barbecue. Wi-Fi and parking are of course available free of charge. Note: Directly at the Auszeitoase there is an additional double room, our "small oasis of well-being," with a separate entrance. This can be booked optionally, subject to availability. Ideal if you want to go on vacation with a second household or other family members but privacy is important to you. Good to know: There is no visitor's tax or security deposit. Children and dogs are welcome here. One dog is included, for each additional one we charge only €10 per stay. Perfect location in Sauerland The apartment is located in the middle of the beautiful landscape of the Hochsauerland. Numerous hiking trails start right outside the door, the famous Rothaarsteig is only a few kilometers away. In winter, you can enjoy the view of the Bruchhauser Steine from the living room. Ski enthusiasts can reach Willingen (11 km) and Winterberg (20 km) in a short driving time. If our Auszeit oasis is occupied, our vacation home "Chalet Auszeit" is available as an alternative.
