Read on :) The space The flat is on the third floor, has no lift and has been renovated with 50m2 maintaining the typical architecture of the houses of Madrid in a wonderful and central area with lots of cultural and gastronomic offers. The apartment is newly renovated and has very personalized style. It consists of a double room with an extra sofa bed (it is a chaise lounge, which is joined and becomes a double sofa bed) in the dining room. in the dining room, so it is suitable up to 4 guests. The dining room receives a lot of light and has the kitchen open. The kitchen is fully equipped so that all kinds of recipes can be cooked, in addition, there are also basic appliances. The bathroom has a shower and toilet complete with necessary appliances to make you feel at home. The apartment is very modern and the decoration is ready to make you feel better than in a hotel. Cosy and fully equipped flat: Bedroom and bathroom equipment: Bed linen and towels will be provided for each guest. Amenities kit in each bathroom, consisting of 2 gel-shampoo dispensers and 2 rolls of toilet paper. Kitchen: Kitchen welcome kit, which will contain: 1 bottle of dishwasher detergent 30 ml. 1 washing up sponge. 1 multi-purpose cloth. 1 rubbish bag. IMPORTANT NOTE: For reasons of hygiene, food products such as oil, salt, vinegar, sugar, coffee or tea will not be provided. Guests must bring or purchase these products on their own. External services: If you are travelling with a baby, please note: - Baby cot option available for travellers with infants for an additional extra charge of 30 euros. - Highchair also available for an extra charge of 20 euros. - If both services are requested, the cot is priced at 30 euros and the highchair is priced at 10 euros. Please communicate your needs in advance to prepare them for your stay. Guest access You will have access and use of all the spaces in the apartment. Only the number of people that appears in the reservation is allowed to stay in the apartment. You can enjoy all the facilities that you will find in my apartment as you can see in the pictures. Of course, the entire apartment has an internet connection via high-speed Wi-Fi. The apartment has heating. Linens and towels included! You will also find items that you might need as: hairdryer, iron and iron table, hand-soap, shampoo, body soap, washing machine, TV, phone, heater, air condition & 24-7 support. Other things to note This property is rented exclusively for temporary stays in accordance with the regulations in force in Madrid. It is not for tourist use. The rental is intended for people who need accommodation for work, academic, health or other justified personal reasons other than tourist use. To formalise the reservation, you will need to sign a seasonal rental contract and provide documentation to prove the reason for your stay. When you arrive at the flat, I will meet you in person. If, for any reason, I am unable to do so, I will offer you the option of a self check-in. Free check-in takes place from 16:00h to 18:00h. Check-in after 18:00h and until 21:00h will have an additional charge of 20€ to be paid by the guest at the time of key handover. Check-in after 21:00h and until 23:00h will have an additional charge of 30€ to be paid by the guest at the time of key handover. We have the option of self check-in during these hours and it is free of charge. The check-in timetable is until 23:00h at night, as indicated in the house rules. If due to circumstances beyond our control (flight delays, etc.) you arrive after 23h, I can offer you the option of someone to meet you in person (there is no possibility of self check-in and the check-in must be in person) and in this case, you will have to pay 35 € at the time of delivery of keys. From 01h to 02h, 50 euros. After 02h it is NOT possible to stay in the flat. We offer early check-in and late check-out free of charge, subject to availability in the flat. Check-in until 23:00h is guaranteed, and availability after that time can be checked. The guest will be responsible for the cost of the locksmith service in case of lost or forgotten keys inside the flat (150€ to be paid to the locksmith before opening the flat). Please note that for LAST MINUTE bookings it cannot be offered to be ready for the scheduled check-in time. Noisy parties and gatherings are strictly forbidden. It is not permitted to accommodate more people than indicated in the reservation. Turn off the lights and air conditioning before leaving the flat. Should you forget any belongings in the accommodation, it is your responsibility to take care of them. Although we undertake to keep them for a limited period of time, you must send someone on your behalf to collect them.
