High tide and low tide during the day is similar to the condition with other beaches on the east side of Phuket. It is not private beach but quiet calm because no public access. The beach is not swimmable due to its tidal condition. However, shuttle bus to nearby beaches (Rawai and Nai Han Beach) and to ‘must visit' Phuket attractions are offered complimentary as per schedule. - Free kayak, paddle board and resort activities as per schedule. - Free Wi-Fi access in villa and resort area. - All special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. - Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. - All children are welcome. Children 2 and under can stay for free. Baby cot is available upon request. Extra charge at THB 1250 per child per night with extra bedding and breakfast provided for children 12 years old and under. - A damage deposit of THB 3000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. - Guarantee early check-in and late check-out are extra charge for 1 night.
