The fully equipped kitchen comes with stainless steel appliances, cookware, and tableware, making it easy to prepare meals just like at home. The adjacent dining area comfortably seats four. One of the full bathrooms, located near the kitchen, features a pedestal sink and a shower/tub combo. Fresh towels and an initial supply of toiletries are provided in both bathrooms. The primary suite is a serene retreat with a luxurious king-sized Tempur-Pedic bed and a mounted flat-screen TV. To restock or purchase any other needed items, we encourage guests to visit the local grocery store or take advantage of a grocery delivery service. We also offer 24/7 customer service with a full staff during the day and emergency on-call support overnight. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and maintenance services, but these are primarily for vacation rentals in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck the right balance as most of our guests are satisfied with their stays.
