The Wagon House - stunning views & wildlife lake

The Wagon House is a beautiful barn conversion, boasting amazing views of the Dorset countryside. From your patio view birds, deer, badgers & farm animals. The galleried sitting room has an inglenook fireplace/woodburner for those cosy nights in. With free wi-fi, it sleeps 4 guests & is personally run by Amy Foot of 'Bookham Court'. Enjoy our games room, wildlife, lake, farm and glorious walks. Half an hour from the beach. Dogs are welcome, £30/dog, payable on arrival. EV charger, shared The space The Wagon House sleeps up to 4 guests in a double (king size bed) and twin bedroom. It has a large galleried sitting room with inglenook fireplace and woodburner. The kitchen has a cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. A flush to floor shower/wetroom is suitable for part time wheel chair users. This cottage is all on one level with wide external doorways. The shared games room is in a neighbouring building with table tennis and snooker table. A large lawn can be enjoyed by all guests at Bookham or you can roam around our wildlife lake and field. The cottages are run by Amy, Harry, Nicola and Andy Foot who also farm at Bookham Farm, please ask if you would like to look round. A travel cot and highchair is available for under 2's, on request. We are only half an hour from the beach and Jurassic coast. Wonderful castles, museums and country houses are also on our doorstep. EV charged, shared with 2 other cottages. Guest access The cottage is all on one level with wide doors to the outside and a tarmac path to the car park. The Flush to floor wetroom is suitable for part-time wheelchair users, (please contact Amy to discuss suitability). Other things to note While at 'Bookham Court' you have use of our games room, lake, view wildlife or walk over our farm. Monday or Friday start day preferable for short breaks. Dogs are welcome, we charge £30/dog, payable to the owner on arrival. The Wagon House is a self catering cottage, there are no food provisions, apart from a welcome tray. The owners do, however, offers bed and breakfast rooms at 'Whiteways farmhouse'. Please contact us for details. The Wagon House is one of 5 cottages at Bookham. Great Coombe, Little Coombe and the Wagon House are all close to each other, so ideal for groups or families. Crowthorne and the Hideaway are a short distance away.
