Welcome to Abendrot, a NON-SMOKING property. On the doorstep: great (bike) hiking trails and the "Windebyer Noor" conservation area. A little further (about 1.2 km): seawater wave pool, beach, city center, train station. Here you have peace in the countryside, nice people and animals and your children will be delighted by the great trampoline, the hens, squirrels and the fireplace. Looking forward to seeing nice, open-minded people of all ages :) The space The living-dining room with a cozy sofa bed offers space to chat, eat and relax. The interior bathroom is small and contains everything a bathroom needs (shower, toilet, sink, towel rail, mirror, heater, socket). In the kitchen you will find a 2-burner stove (ceramic) with oven, a sink, upper and lower cabinets, a small dining area for max. 3, a refrigerator with *** freezer, a dishwasher and complete kitchen equipment (cutlery, dishes, cooking utensils). You can make coffee with the filter coffee pot or the coffee machine. In the bedroom, a wall-to-wall bed with a 2 x 2 m lying surface offers enough space even for cross sleepers. Your clothes can be stored in the small wardrobe. Guest access Of course, you have your own entrance and a covered terrace facing west with a table and chairs. Your apartment is located on the garden floor, at ground level. You can reach it via an external staircase or a mulched path through the greenery. You can use the back garden and also the fireplace there (you can get wood from us or in the hardware store for a fee). Use of our large trampoline (4.30 m diameter, without net protection) is at your own risk. Our hens living in the chicken coop are very trusting and want to be treated with respect. GOOD TO KNOW! Our property is located on a slope, the apartment is located on the garden floor, there on the ground floor. However, you have to take an external staircase or overcome the difference in height via a mulched path. This is not always easy for people with mobility issues. Other things to note VERY IMPORTANT: We only rent this place to NON-SMOKERS!! Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or on the terrace. We reserve the right to terminate the apartment for smokers. ALSO IMPORTANT: Abendrot is located in a residential area from the 1960s. You have to walk a little to the beach and to the pedestrian zone - we need about 15 minutes on foot to the beginning of the pedestrian zone, to the dog beach approx. 20 minutes (if we go slowly :). But you have peace and quiet here and with the adjacent Noor and the Windebyer Forest a wonderful local recreation area. In summer, you pay a spa tax of €3.50 per day per adult. In return, you can use the public transport in the Eckernförde city area free of charge with the Baltic Sea Card. Children under 18 pay nothing.
