This beautifully furnished holiday villa, away from the noise and crowds of the seafront and tourist resorts, works well for couples and small families. The fully air-conditioned house comes with two bedrooms fitted with double beds and a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and living area which includes a sofabed. Although there is no pool (for now) there are a lot of sunbathing spots in the enclosed garden; besides, the nearest beach is just 6 minutes away by car. The space The large roofed terrace facing the coast is what this house is well remembered for. It is a nice spot for sunny summer breakfasts or lunches with a stunning view across an ancient cypress and pine forest to the west coast of the island. On clear days, the Turkish coastline is visible across the Aegean Sea. When you feel like having a relaxed evening at home, there is a large outdoor brick barbecue and you can delight in your grilled dinner over a glass of wine or beer while enjoying the sunset and the city lights in the distance.
