Guest access Guest Access You will have full and private access to the studio apartment for the duration of your stay. Nothing is shared. The apartment is located on the top floor of the building. Please note that there is no elevator, and access is via stairs only. Depending on your arrival time, you will either be met in person by a staff member, or you will receive self check-in instructions through Airbnb. Common areas in the building, such as hallways and entrances, are shared with other residents and guests. Please be respectful and keep noise to a minimum. If you need anything during your stay, we’re just a message away via Airbnb. Other things to note Other Things to Note • A check-in form is required before your arrival. This is sent via Airbnb and helps us prepare everything for your stay. • The building does not have an elevator – the apartment is on the top floor and is accessible by stairs only. • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. You may only smoke outside or on the balcony (if available). • Parties and unregistered guests are not allowed at any time. • Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00 – please respect neighbors and the building community. • There are security cameras monitoring the building entrances (outside and interior main doors) for guest safety. • Do not adjust the water heater (boiler) – it is preset and does not require changes. • If you need help or have questions, message us on Airbnb or call us.
