Beautiful Victorian property with a view

Our spacious Victorian home is situated in the historic town of Caernarfon with views over the Menai Strait. The large open-plan kitchen-living area is ideal for spending quality time with friends and family while cooking up a storm. A great place to relax after an exhilarating day hiking up Snowdon, your experience at Zip World or exploring the famous Caernarfon castle which is just a short walk away. The space This recently renovated Victorian property boasts original character with a modern twist. On each of the three stories you have a sneak peak of the Menai Strait and Anglesey. The enclosed garden to the front and the side of the property is a lovely space. The sun rises to the front of the house and sets over the Menai Strait and Anglesey which is looking down the end of the garden to the side of the house which means it's in the sun all day long. We have hedges and trees bordering the garden so it feels quite private. All five bedrooms have unique Victorian fireplaces, a seating area to relax and admire the interesting artwork of the local area and high-quality bed linen to help make for a great night's sleep. The ground floor Coming through the impressive original stained glass doorway there’s an impressive entrance hall with striking, original floor tiles. To the right is the dining room with seating for 12 guests, a large bay window and a beautiful feature fireplace. To the left of the entrance hall is the kitchen-living area with huge windows on two sides letting light in all day long. The well-equipped kitchen has modern appliances, ample work surfaces and a breakfast bar with stools. The living area has two large sofas and a lovely wood burner. The ground floor bathroom includes a walk-in shower, toilet and wash basin. The first floor Walking up the stairs, you’re faced with stained glass windows on both the first and the second floor. Crossing the landing on the first floor to the right is the huge master bedroom with an ensuite. This room boasts windows on two walls, along the length of the room with views of the Menai Strait, a cosy seating area and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Opposite the entrance to the master bedroom is another bathroom with a walk-in shower which is shared by the other two bedrooms on this floor. The bedroom to the right of the bathroom is a bright room at the front of the house and the bedroom to the left of the bathroom has views over the rooftops. All three bedrooms on this floor have king-size beds and TVs. The second floor On the top floor of the house there are two bedrooms which share an enormous luxury bathroom with a roll top bath, walk-in shower, toilet and two wash basins. The first bedroom to the right has arguably the best views over the Menai Strait and Anglesey in the house, original beams and a cosy feel. The second bedroom has two double beds to choose from and a dormer window. Guest access The house will be yours for the duration of your stay. However, this is our home, so on the ground floor there will be one locked room where we keep our personal things and the top floor has two attic spaces which will also be locked.
