Here you not only have a fantastic view of the idyllic nature with old trees, but also the opportunity to dock with a paddle boat or canoe directly at the jetty. From the jetty you can also cast your fishing rod. In addition, a communal sauna barrel in the garden is available for relaxation. The two-story living area with underfloor heating is open and spacious and features a large cozy leather couch and a 70" 4K smart TV with Ambilight and apps such as Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and many more. For entertainment, not only a Blu-ray player with many current Blu-rays and children's films, but also a Wii-U game console from Nintendo is available. A high-quality smart speaker from Bose is also available. On cooler days, the soothing crackling of the flames in the fireplace creates a bit of coziness. The rustic dining table and the semi-open, generously designed kitchen invite you to eat and enjoy. The three bedrooms with king-size and queen-size beds provide pure relaxation thanks to a well thought-out interior design and all have test-winning mattresses and smart TVs. Directly at the house there is also a large, fully glazed conservatory overlooking the water and the old trees. Even if the weather is not at its best, you can enjoy East Frisian nature here on the cozy lounge furniture. In the garden there is a lockable bicycle shed with free e-bike charging. Internet with 100 Mbps via Wi-Fi is available free of charge everywhere in the house and in the garden. Linens and towels are not provided in the vacation home. However, these can be booked for a fee.
