Kitchen are shared space. - My brother also lives there on the same floor upstair but you won't see him much because he works during the day and come home late - There is a camera in the loft area and also in the common area ( kitchen/living room) for securty purposes. - No camera inside the room. - Because the room has large window, it provides great view but sometime in summer time, it can get hot. We just bought a portable AC unit to address this issues so it's no longer a problem.
