This is recently updated and located less than five miles from The USC Williams Brice Stadium and is steps away from Owens Field Recreation Park. Also 1/2 mile to Jim Hamilton - LB Owens Airport. 5 miles to Veterans Hospital making this a great location for long or short term stays. Owner's son lives in the adjacent unit and may or may not be around depending on his schedule. Owners are a call or text away. It has been a labor of love. We hope you will love this little space as much as we do. The space The one and only bedroom is upstairs along with a full bath. Living area, kitchen and half bath are downstairs. Please use the dark wash cloths located in both bathrooms for make-up removal. Please don’t use light towels for this purpose. Also, pots and pans should never be used on HIGH other than to boil water. A smart TV is in the living area. You can log in to your own services to use this. Please don't forget to log out when you leave. Guest access The entire place is available to you except for the top shelf of the cabinet above the washer and the cabinet above the refrigerator. There are also extra toiletries in the brown basket under the TV and under the full bathroom sink. Other things to note A limited amount of coffee, tea, sugar and creamer is provided. Dishwasher and dish detergent, paper towels and toilet paper are also provided.
