Guests do NOT have access to the estate's garage or the airplane hangar which is used to store locals' boats dry. The hangar is rarely frequented when guests are present. Other things to note $50-75/dog (depending on the lakehouse), however, additional dogs require approval! No cats, sorry. NO EVENTS WITHOUT PERMISSION: No, you cannot rent the lakehouses and then host a wedding, without permission. Possible event fee. 30 GUESTS MAX. If you know in advance you might exceed this number, let's brainstorm. No extra guest visitors without permission. NO EXTRA GUESTS: Our Airbnbs are for those renting the lakehouses (30). Any additional guests will require approval.
