The space The apartment, approximately 65 m², is spread over two levels and is located on the second floor of a residential building without a lift. Access is via an external staircase. At the entrance, there is a wardrobe, which leads to a very bright living area, consisting of a living room with dining area, table for multiple people and access to a south-facing balcony with mountain views, perfect for enjoying the fresh air of Engadin. The kitchen is separate, equipped with a window and provided with an oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, Chicco d'Oro coffee machine, moka and kettle – the essentials for a relaxing and independent stay. On the first level, there is a comfortable double bedroom and a windowed bathroom complete with shower, washbasin, WC and washing machine. From the living room, an internal staircase leads to the second level (attic), where there is a second double bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with washbasin, WC and bidet, offering additional privacy and comfort for families or small groups.
